Warming Instructions

All Mamaluv meals arrive par-cooked & frozen for enjoyment at your convenience – and can be easily warmed in the microwave or oven.

Soups

MICROWAVE: Remove the lid. If thawed, heat on high for 1.5 min and stir after 1 min. If frozen, heat on high for 3 min and stir after 2.5 min.

Entrées

Since the containers used are not the same across all provinces, warming instructions may vary.

British Columbia

For best results, thaw in refrigerator 24 hours prior to cooking. Item is partially cooked. Warm till completely cooked through.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Remove lid and cover with aluminum foil. Place container on baking sheet in center of oven and bake for 20-30 mins (if thawed), or 60-90 mins (if frozen).

MICROWAVE:  Slightly loosen (pop open) microwave safe lid, and place dish in center of microwave. If thawed, cook for 2-3 mins. If frozen, defrost for 2-4 mins, stir contents, then cook on high for another 1-2 mins.

NOTE: Some ovens may require more cooking time. Test food frequently. For even cooking, remove dish at halfway point, stir and return to finish. When done, remove from oven, stir & savour!

Alberta
