Item is partially cooked. Warm till completely cooked through.

NOTE: Some ovens may require more cooking time. Test food frequently. For even cooking, remove dish at halfway point, stir and return to finish. When done, remove from oven, stir & savour!
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Remove plastic film and cover with aluminum foil.
Chicken: Bake for 30-40 mins (if thawed), or 60-90 mins (if frozen).
Beef: Bake 20-30 mins (if thawed), or 40-60 mins (if frozen).
Fish: Bake for 20-30 mins (if thawed), or 50-70 mins (if frozen).
Pasta | Veg: Bake for 20-30 mins (if thawed), or 40-60 mins (if frozen).
MICROWAVE: Poke plastic wrap with knife 4-5 times, then place dish in center of microwave. If thawed, cook for 2-3 mins. If frozen, defrost for 2-4 mins, remove plastic wrap, stir, and cook on high for another 1-2 mins.
