All Mamaluv meals arrive par-cooked & frozen for enjoyment at your convenience – and can be easily warmed in the microwave or oven.

Soups

MICROWAVE: Remove the lid. If thawed, heat on high for 1.5 min and stir after 1 min. If frozen, heat on high for 3 min and stir after 2.5 min.

Since the containers used are not the same across all provinces, warming instructions may vary.

Quebec

For best results, thaw in refrigerator 24 hours prior to cooking. Item is partially cooked. Warm till completely cooked through.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Remove dish from plastic wrap, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 10-15 mins (if thawed), or 25-30 mins (if frozen). Remove from oven, stir & savour!

MICROWAVE: Poke plastic wrap with knife 4-5 times, then place dish in center of microwave. If thawed, cook for 2-3 mins. If frozen, defrost for 2-4 mins, remove plastic wrap, stir, and cook for another 1-2 mins. Remove, stir & savour!
