Local Orders: Once a delivery date/time has been selected online, the customer ensures: 1) the address/contact info provided is correct; 2) someone will be available to receive the order on the date/time selected**. If not, they authorize Mamaluv to leave the delivery at the door (house only) or with a concierge. For condos or apartments that are not accessible, the order will be returned to the kitchen and a return fee & reship fee will apply; (3) Mamaluv is not responsible for incorrect ship to address information, theft or spoilage of our product, and no refund or make-good will be offered.
**Delivery times may be delayed. Should no one be available at time of delivery, we suggest leaving a cooler box to prevent spoilage & posting a note with any special instructions.
Courier (Overnight Delivery): Deliveries are done between 9am-5pm.
If you cannot be home during the day, we suggest having your package shipped to a place of employment or neighbour. If a delivery attempt was made and the recipient was not available to receive the package, a signature release was requested, or incorrect ship to address information was provided, Mamaluv will not be responsible for theft or spoilage, and no refund or make-good will be offered.
Signature release: If you like, we can request your order be left at your door without a signature (house only). However, we cannot guarantee the package will be left, as it is up to the courier’s discretion whether or not they feel the package will be safe. If deemed unsafe, it is up to the recipient to retrieve the order from the courier’s depot as soon as possible. Mamaluv is not responsible for any delay or loss in product, and no refund or make-good will be offered.
